Our Values

There’s a lack of diversity of opinion in the National Assembly, and a severe case of groupthink. Our values are based on individual freedom and liberty of choice. The National Assembly needs a shake up.

PCQ General Council

Dear members,

The PCQ is organizing a General Council in Quebec City on May 26th and 27th and we’re counting on you to attend and to present your ideas.

Under the theme "PCQ 2018 - Defining Our Positioning", this General Council will be the last one before the election scheduled this fall. Noting that Quebecers want a clear change, that the Liberals no longer respond to their needs, that the CAQ governs according to the weather and changes its mind every month, we want to position our party as the only party that understands the needs of Quebecers and who can respond in a clear and pragmatic way.

This important General Council will be an opportunity to present your proposals, to argue your ideas and to prioritize what will be our 2018 electoral platform. In addition, a training component will be offered to our candidates and organizers.

We invite you to send us your policy proposals, by April 25, to Guy Morissette (gm@particonservateurquebec.org), the chairman of the Political Committee. Attached you will find a proposal template in Word and PDF format. Each proposal must be presented by one member and supported by another member. You can propose several resolutions. In this case, please prioritize them from the most important to the least important.

Here are the details of the General Council;
